Cold Spring Harbor 2015 Synthetic Biology Course A Success

As an instructor for Cold Spring Harbor’s 2015 synthetic biology course, Professor John Dueber led a group of research scientists, students, post docs, and other professors to learn more about cutting-edge modular cloning strategy. The class focused on Golden Gate strategy for rapidly synthesizing multi-gene devices and assembling devices for expression in E.coli and Saccharomyces. Graduate student Luke Latimer joined John in teaching the course.
