Dueber Lab receives Bakar Fellowship!

Dr. Dueber is now one of only five chosen to be a 2014 – 2015 Bakar Fellows. This prestigious award was given on behalf of Dueber Lab’s work with Indigo and the Greener Blue Jeans project.

The Bakar Fellows Program offers a five-year fellowship for a total of $350,000 to a professor to pursue research that is commercially viable.The other 2014 fellows are Ana Claudia Arias, Andreas Martin, Shawn Shadden, and Laura Waller!
